Freight Information:

All orders placed on our secure online website before 11am will be despatched that day (subject to stock) for next day delivery (subject to our courier).

All orders are delivered by Australia Air Express signed delivery.
Small orders are packaged using courier satchels and charged our standard freight fee of $15.00. This fee includes handling & shipping. 
Larger orders are boxed, cubed and weighed. Freight charges will then be calculated by weight or cubic measure, which ever the greater, plus post code. 

RMB deliveries are NOT available by our courier service.

To guard against fraud, we will ONLY send parcels to a physical address, not a P.O. Box. Your work address is the best option.
The parcel MUST be signed for, so you need to give us an address where there will be someone available at the time of delivery. If there is no one available, then the courier will leave an "attempted delivery" card which will advise you where you can pick the parcel up from.
If you were not available to take delivery of the parcel, you WILL be charged an "attempted delivery fee", as we have to pay the courier for this added service.
IF the item is valued at less than $10, and IF you put in the comments box "authority to leave", we will authorise the courier to leave the parcel at you address. By asking for this, your item is no longer covered by AAE insurance & you will NOT be charged the $10 redelivery fee, (so, if it goes missing, then it is your responsibility). 

Delivery by Australia Post is NOT available, for the following reasons:
- lost & broken items in the Postal system
- no insurance
- not trackable
- we have to pay for a staff member to go to the Post Office

When you place an online order, you will automatically receive a confirmation email from us. Please check it to ensure that all is correct.

When the courier picks up your order and provided that you have given us a valid email address, Aust Air Express will email you a delivery advice notice. Using the supplied consignment number, you can trace your parcel at http://www.aae.com.au/

If you need to return an item to us, please ensure that you INSURE the parcel, YOU are responsible if the parcel goes missing.
